Blaenavon Town Council was proud to partner with Halo Leisure to deliver two fantastic community swimming sessions this summer — and what a success they were!
Over 100 local residents took part, making the most of the free opportunity to enjoy both swimming and the exciting water slides. These sessions were made extra special as participants were among the very first to use the slides following their long-awaited reopening after several years of closure.
To make the sessions as accessible as possible, free transport was provided alongside the free swimming and slides, ensuring that families and individuals of all ages could join in the fun without worry.
The events proved to be a wonderful way to bring the community together, encouraging healthy activity while also celebrating the return of a much-loved facility.
